Research of Interest
Begining as a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, currently I focus on using machine learning/AI and single cell high throughput data mining technologies to investigate my research of interest in Biology, immunology and Nutrition Health, details of which are listed below:
- Based on web crawlers, database technology and deep learning methods to develop personalized dietary nutrition recommendation system and health big data platform.
- Using single-cell high-throughput omics technology and virtual cell methods to screen key immune markers for autoimmune diseases, allergies and neuroimmunological diseases, and explore their immunological functional mechanisms.
- Investigate the mechanism and regulatory target of functional foods, such as probiotics and dietary fiber, in regulating intestinal flora, mediating glial cells and immune cells to improve the host’s pathological state.
